Successes

The media company I co-founded, TMTV, has in just two years notched up some major coups, including:

*Secured one long-term client, Character Connection, a 100% black-owned talent management company whose artistes have featured in major productions, such as the blockbuster South African movie Happiness is a Four-letter Word.

*Media liaison for 2016 Andrew Mlangeni Golf Day, which gained wide coverage from major outlets like Jacaranda FM and SABC News.

*Coordinator and media liaison for US engineer Tina Taylor, whose Heritage STEM Camps teaches girls about leadership and science, maths and engineering.

Personal achievements:

*Scored front-page exposure for a major client, who was interviewed by one of the biggest newspapers in the Western Cape as a result of my labours.

*Boosted business for the spa at the five-star hotel One & Only after securing a review in The Times daily newspaper.

*Secured interviews with etv, Heart 104.9 radio and Cape Talk radio (January 2010) for a client.

*Scored exposure for a client in the form of two opinion pieces published in the Cape Argus newspaper under client’s byline (January/March 2010).
